He joined Taylor in 1989 and has managed a wide variety of accounts for leading global brands such as Bristol-Myers, GSK, Gillette, MasterCard, Pitney Bowes and Panini America.

Since 2004, Bryan has served as the agency’s Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner. During a period of significant growth and evolution for Taylor over the past decade, he has overseen the development and transformation of the agency’s core operating functions, including finance, IT, and HR. He also manages agency marketing initiatives, which includes all aspects of branding, owned social media channels, and awards and recognition; and plays a lead role in business development.

From 2013-2016, Bryan served as a director and treasurer for the PR Council and is the founder and chair of the Council’s COO Group, a peer network of senior operations executives at leading PR firms across North America. He has also been active with the March of Dimes for more than 25 years, serving as the longtime public relations chair of the organization’s annual sports luncheon (which raises more than $1 million) as well as a member of the New York chapter’s communications committee.

Bryan is a frequent guest speaker on the subject of “diverse career opportunities in the dynamic and evolving discipline of public relations,” educating and inspiring students from prestigious universities around the country.

Prior to joining Taylor, Bryan spent five years helping to launch and grow sports boutique agency, Mike Cohen Communications. Working at the side of his mentor legendary PR executive Mike Cohen, Harris managed accounts for leading media brands such as NFL Films, Major League Baseball Productions, IMG, and Macmillan Publishing, as well as numerous network broadcasters and sports event promoters.

Bryan graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania (College ’83), where he was an award-winning sports editor and columnist for The Daily Pennsylvanian. After his sophomore and junior years at Penn, he interned at NBC Sports in New York, where he gained his early education in the field of communications.

A longtime Corporate Member of the National Sports Marketing Network (NSMN), Bryan was appointed to the organization's NYC Chapter Board in June 2017.
