	OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS: * I understand that NSMN offers events at no charge to members. I also understand that I may be charged a $25 non-cancellation fee if I don't cancel any reservations I can't keep in writing by at least 4 hours before an event. I authorize NSMN to use this credit card if I incur any non-cancellation fees under the terms of my NSMN membership.

	Authorization * I authorize NSMN to charge my credit card the amount selected. I understand that this purchase is non-refundable.

	AUTOMATIC PAYMENT: (optional) I authorize NSMN to automatically charge this credit card for next year's membership fee when my one year membership expires.
