	Upgrade Individual ($100) to Individual PLUS Membership ($150) You pay $50 The Individual PLUS level allows you to bring a different guest with you to each event. To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website.

	Upgrade Individual ($100) to Corporate Membership ($500) You pay $400 The Corporate level now includes 10 named employees to your membership package. To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website.

	Upgrade Individual ($100) to Corporate PLUS Membership ($1000) You pay $900 The Corporate PLUS level allows you to include 10 named employees to your membership package. Each of these 10 named members can bring a different guest with them to each NSMN event. 	Upgrade Individual ($100) to Supporting Membership ($1500) You pay $1400 The Supporting level (Companies of 1-49 employees) allows you to invite and include all of the employees of your company. To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website.

	Upgrade Individual ($100) to Patron Membership ($2500) You pay $2400 The Patron level (Companies of 50 or more employees) allows you to invite and include all of the employees of your company. Plus they can bring one guest with them to each NSMN Chapter event! To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website.

	Upgrade Individual PLUS ($150) to Corporate Membership ($500) You pay $350 The Corporate level now includes 10 named employees to your membership package. To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website. (With this upgrade, you will lose your guest pass priveleges.)

	Upgrade Corporate ($500) to Corporate PLUS Membership ($1000) You pay $500 The Corporate PLUS level now allows each of your 10 named members bring one different guest with them to each NSMN event. 	Upgrade Corporate ($500) to Supporting Membership ($1500) You pay $1000 The Supporting level (Companies of 1-49 employees) now allows you to invite and include all employees of your company. To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website.

	Upgrade Corporate ($500) to Patron Membership ($2500) You pay $2000 The Patron level (Companies of 50 or more employees) now allows each of your 10 named members bring one different guest with them to each NSMN event. To learn more about the terms and benefits of this membership level, please refer to the Membership page of this website.

	Upgrade Corporate PLUS ($1000) to Supporting Membership ($1500) You pay $500 The Supporting level allows you to invite up to 49 of your employees of your company. However, with this upgrade, the guest privileges with Corporate PLUS are not included in the Supporting Membership. This package supports only the employees of your company. 	Upgrade Supporting ($1500) to Patron Membership ($2500) You pay $1000 The Patron level now allows you to invite and include all of the employees of your company. 	OUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS: * I understand that NSMN offers events at no charge to members. I also understand that I may be charged a $25 non-cancellation fee if I don't cancel any reservations I can't keep in writing by at least 4 hours before an event. I authorize NSMN to use this credit card if I incur any non-cancellation fees under the terms of my NSMN membership.

	Authorization * I authorize NSMN to charge my credit card the amount selected. I understand that this purchase is non-refundable.

	AUTOMATIC PAYMENT: (optional) I authorize NSMN to automatically charge this credit card for next year's membership fee when my one year membership expires. I understand that I will be billed for the same level of membership and that if NSMN's fees increase, I will be contacted directly before any charges occur. I understand that I will receive a receipt for my automatic payment on the day that NSMN charges my credit card.
