Matt Saler is the Vice President of the Consumer, Lifestyle & Sports practice at FINN Partners. He leads many of FINN's most notable accounts and spearheads a variety of new business initiatives at the agency.

Over the past 15+ years in the sports and entertainment industry, Matt has experience working with Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, universities, athletes and major sporting events.  Some of the accounts that Matt has led have included the NFL, Major League Soccer, Under Armour, Travelers, USTA and the U.S. Open.
Under Matt’s leadership, his team has successfully led an array of unique, traction-gaining and award-winning activations with some of the largest sporting events such as: Olympics, Tour de France, MLB All Star Game, Super Bowl, PGA TOUR’s Travelers Championship, Boston Marathon, NYC Marathon, World Cup of Hockey, NASCAR races and championship boxing fights.
On behalf of his clients, Matt is an industry-driver for athlete and influencer communications, having worked closely with many of the largest athlete brand ambassadors in the world. His thought leadership on emerging sports marketing trends has been featured in publications like Front Office Sports, Digiday, NPR, PR Week and the Baltimore Sun.
Prior to FINN, Matt helped lead several marketing and communications efforts at imre, the New York City Sports Commission, Maroon PR, America Youth Football and the New York Rangers.
